Description Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that its functions as advertised. Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods. Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. Maintain sales forecasting reports. Record sales and order information and send copies to the entitled department. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. In addition to any other tasks assigned by the Sales manager.
Qualifications University degree from any discipline.
