Description Issuing advance against expenses in Egyptian Pounds and US dollars to enable employees to cover expenses of special job assignments. This is in addition to preparing necessary settlement vouchers to record the transactions in the journal. — Issuing petty cash in Egyptian Pounds to custodians to fulfill the daily needs on company locations, and preparing settlements entries in the journal. — Processing vendor invoices by charging them to the accounts payable account, in order to keep track of vendor s invoices, and preventing invoices duplication. Besides, issuing checks after deducting the required commercial and industrial tax. — Responsible for commercial and industrial tax, and the preparation of necessary official forms. Also, issuing a collective check to the tax authority bearing amounts deducted from each vendor separately. Tax Certificates are also issued upon vendors request. On a quarterly basis, a tax authority representative audits and reports on the previously mentioned taxation processes. — Reporting the status of petty cash and advance against expenses to the financial manager, and further track and follow up on incurred expenses and late return of unused funds. — Auditing all cash disbursement documents and prepare petty cash receipts for the main treasury. — Preparing the necessary adjustments to accounts balances due to foreign currency translation.
Qualifications 1. Bsc. of Commerce / Accounting Major. 2. Analytical Skills.
