Description Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports. Take companys order from customers and distribute the order to appropriate departments and persons as well. Attending meetings of the Executive Committee, and all General Assemblies. This including distributing the Agenda and other materials and keeping the Minutes of all meetings. Organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
Qualifications 1- Bachelor degree of related discipline. 2- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience 3- Very Good English Language 4- V.Good communication, Interpersonal skills
