Description — A cross cutting function that supports the implementation of the company business strategy through the business development activities which includes but not limited Lead generation, proposals writing, presentation and contract closure among other company initiatives.
Qualifications • University degree in Business Administration/Economics/International Development/Political Science • 5-8 years of experience in projects coordination and management in international and/or private sector organizations • Experience in dealing with international donor organizations (such as USAID, ECD, the World Bank etc..) • Able to develop professional documents and presentations • Able to develop and present an idea/topic/argument to mid-level professionals • Able to coordinate the activities of different team members • Able to follow a methodology in implementation • Able to develop and maintain relationships with different mid-level stakeholders • Able to express ideas and concepts in writing • Able to negotiate with different stakeholders • Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
