Description A Business Developer will work on sales follow-up activities. customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, is a key role within Business Development —A Business Developer usually works as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization. —Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular online meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities. —Generate Potential Leads by running existing marketing Campaigns or creating new one —Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market. —Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity —Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition. —Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales. —Maintaining and tracking clients reports and directly communicate it with the chief marketing officer.
Qualifications A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential in the role of Business Developer. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful Business developer. Business Developer will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills. Business Developers need to be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients. Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement. Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs. Bachelor of Commerce English section is Preferred Excellent Command of English (Read and Written)
