Description Review and improve the effectiveness of the internal regulations of the companies, even if it financial and operational (Production, sale, storage, Purchases). Participate in the formulation of financial and accounting tasks and purview with the Human Resources Department. Participate in the preparation for drafting the provisions of banking operations - the provisions of the collection - control provisions cabinets and Covenant - the provisions of financial irregularities in collaboration with the companys legal department. Develop the documentary courses that control the work of all the companys activities. Participate to improve the effectiveness of the list of purchase and contracting with suppliers and service providers. Confirm the balance between the responsibility and financial and administrative powers applicable. Confirm the achievement of censorship rules and the internal control for all the courses applied either manually or automated system. Improve the effectiveness of cost system that applied for the company. Subscribe to improve the efficiency of the measures documentary stores and implanting the rules that controlling the organization collaboration with logistics management. Subscribe to improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing procedures Improve the effectiveness of the rules of preparation of budgets and of the companys revenues and costs and the foundations of follow-up estimate. Implanting the manuals and procedures for all work activities.
Qualifications Experience: • 15 Years experience in preparing and developing the financial policies and the operation of Work procedures ( Financial – selling– Warehousing – Purchasing – Manufacturing – Poultry Production ) • An experience in Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). Education: • A Bachelors degree in Finance or Accountant major Preferable.
