Description — Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions — Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards — Reconciliation of bank statements — Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations — Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. — Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. — Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow. — Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries — Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Qualifications Minimum of 10 solid years Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment Bachelors Degree in Accounting Must have excellent analytical skills. Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word Experience with MS AXAPTA Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis. Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
