Description — Be aware of and ensure by presentation and checking in person that all staff are aware of the detail and content of project. - Fully implement all aspects of the plan: ensure that risk assessments are carried out, the facilities and logistics are properly designed, implemented and maintained and establish the site quality plan, inspection strategy and audit schedule... - Review and agree with the Project Director required optimum site organization and manpower plan. - Monitor and report progress of schedule, cost, , risks and opportunities in timely manner. — - Ensure an effective feedback system based on area or subsequently on system based site needs (AFC drawing requirements, engineering design, safety alerts material requirements, material shortages / damages etc...) - Plan and Monitor the staff to ensure that qualified, experienced and authorized technical staffs are available at site to assure the schedule and to support supervision effort — Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. — Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for construction and resources requirements. — Adhere to company safety standards and promote safety culture. — Ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are developed — Ensure lessons learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project. — Any other ad-hoc required projects and duties.
Qualifications - University degree in engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) - 10-15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector, preferably in the Middle East region. - Significant knowledge of project management and familiar with contracting management. - Fluent English is essential. - Solid communication skills, diplomatic and persuasive person. - Analytical skill. - Must be results oriented. - Experience in working with many interfaces (internally and externally), cross cultural teams and in foreign countries, will be an advantage.
