Description — Developing with management a purchasing budget strategy for the company, as well as day to day logistical management of all operational sites. — Management of relationships with key buyers — Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check for on-site stock levels. — Overseeing complex buying, group deals, rebates, negotiating skills on tender rates. — Research and engage suppliers, negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of product and service provided. — Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities — Producing reports and statistics and giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth. — Training and supervising the work of other members of staff. — Be aware of risk management, sustainability and ethical issues.
Qualifications * Engineering degree * Logistics, business administration, and construction background experience in construction materials and equipment * Proven experience in import & export of construction building materials *Good analytical and language communication skills • Experience with banking facilities
