Description Isolate customers problems to resolve them within the agreed SLA. Respond to customers incidents over CRM system/portal to ensure high service availability and performance, and Guarantee highest quality. Provision IPs assignment, core network configuration and other customers solutions to fulfill customer requirement. Track the problem along the line from the Telecom-Egypt central office to the client side. Follow up with the technicians teams to solve the physical problems by using the Equipment`s Managing software. Provide support to other technical department through their daily planned maintenance to ensure smooth and successes change management operations. Double check after core change management operations to ensure service availability and performance after operation. Prepare customer ad-hoc reports to fulfill customers reporting requirements. Monitor all customers services 24x7 to ensure maximum possible service availability/performance. Escalate/follow up trouble tickets between other technical department to solve customer problems through shortest period. Provide the customer with the progress of his problem resolution for regular update.
Qualifications Education (Bachelor of Communication/Computer Engineering) •Experience (Fresh Graduate, up to 1 year Experience ) •Skills (Fluent in written & spoken English, Communication and Listening, knowledge about DSL/ATM and Wireless technologies, knowledge about cabling and network basics, •CCNA Certificate is a must
