Description Solicit, acquire contracts and evaluate bids, tenders and farm-in. — Provide all necessary contract management/maintenance for existing and new concessions. — Review JV contracts and provide feedback to management. — Act as the main liaison between EGPC and the company in all matters relating to Contracts. — Act as the main point of contact with the vendors and perform the role of vendor relationship management. — Assist in vendor selection and vendor audits. — Maintain the contracts register. — Prepare documents necessary for services and materials required through competitive tender or direct award, as agreed by TransGlobe senior management. — Administer all contracts including post award management and contract closeout. — Prepare, discuss and finalize contracts related correspondence with EGPC and vendors. — Provide legal interpretation in all areas of contracting.
Qualifications experience in oil and gas field.
