Description      To responsible of all Country Training and Development activities 2- Preparation of Induction Materials/Files for related new employees in the country or Region. 3- Prepares the reports of trainings as per the guidance and directions of Head Quarter Training and Development Department. 4- Delivers technical and behavioral trainings to store staff, current-new store managers, country Head Office Employee and candidates of developing programs (During Promotion Process, Management Trainee Programs, and other programs.) 5- Organizing the training /exams planned at HR (venue of the training, number of participants, transportation and accommodation arrangements ( in coordination with travel department) 6- Follows e-learning portal usage in the country/region and giving feedbacks to Training and Development Department in order to improve e-learning portal. 7- Meets store managers and personnel twice a week by routine store visits, monitors performance, determines training/improvement needs and reports to HQ Training Department
Qualifications    Ability to prepare training (or eager to) Ability to make presentations to small or big groups or eager to (or eager to) Ability to delivering on the job training (or eager to) Ability to prepare training documents (or eager to) Advanced knowledge of system tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, excel) Distant Learning knowledge Planning and Follow-up
