Description Examines buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs and maintenance. 2.Plans and oversees all maintenance and repair work and develops an efficient system for dealing with emergency repair problems. 3.Inform the building Admin. manager with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns. 4.Stays informed of changes to space assignments in Building facilities. 5.Develops and implements facility emergency plans. 6.Manage a team of technician to perform required maintenance and repairs. 7.Monitor and coordinate contractor work related to building maintenance.
Qualifications Experience in the same field not less than ten years. at least 3 in A similar Position. Experience should be in HQ, Hotels and Hospitals. Education: Preferred Mechanical engineering or Electro mechanical engineering.
