Description Source and purchase requirement with good quality and comparative prices from local and/or foreign markets, Market survey for all the products to know the comparative products, best terms & conditions; Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase requisitions and supporting documents to supplier, Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs, Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed and to Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non conformances. Evaluate/select vendors , update suppler log list according to company SOPs. Report and presents all follow up records , Regularly update all procurement SOP forms. Ensures that all procurement operations comply with all the relevant quality, SOP and ISO standards.
Qualifications B.SC Degree. from 5 to 7 years’ experience in Heavy industry
