Description Handle Purchasing requests in alignment with planning department. Negotiate with identified suppliers quotation proposal and payment terms. Coordinate with treasury department regarding the LOCs. Arrange for the logistics procedures in coordination with warehouses and the shipping company. Maintain shipping processes ‘procedures, shipping date, needed documents, and settle operations payment–.Support and facilitate customs clearance at the customers end and shipping process by sending the shipping documents. Follow up the transit time for the carrier shipping lines to feedback the customers the arrival date. Register the shipment on the System to start the financial registration. Follow up the broker till releasing the shipment & arriving to the factory warehouses. Evaluating the suppliers performance to update the suppliers list.
Qualifications Purchasing Management Professional. •Methods of Payment in International Trade and collection •Letters of Credit (L/Cs), The Banking Terminology. •Terms of Shipment.
