Description Develop, document and implement HR integrated procedures and processes to streamline related activities in the Company and communicate/brief these procedures and processes to the staff in the company. Plan, develop and review the implementation of HR plans pertaining to organization design, job design/grading and recruitment to ensure the right level of structure and manning, and people capability are sustained in a timely and cost effective manner to support organization business needs and objectives. Develop and implement staff welfare and employees relations strategies, initiatives and procedures for PICL (Egypt) in order to promote and inculcate PETRONAS shared values, code of ethics and provide harmonious and conducive work environment amongst all employee in order to sustain motivation and productivity. Implement and monitors people management plans and initiatives pertaining to Performance Management System, Staff Development Plans and Succession Planning (including Nationalization program for Egyptian staff) and Competencies Development Plans (People and Business Skill, Skill Group Development Program and Managerial program) Plan and monitor the demobilization plan of Expatriates to ensure smooth change out of staff into and out of the company by preparing the appropriate EDC and MDC packages for appointment and transfers. Develop, recommend and manage remuneration and benefits package for national staff. Develop and monitor the utilization of annual manpower, training, G&A and Capex budgets based on business plans and strategies as well as Planning and monitoring the work permit applications for Malaysian Expatriates in the Company
