Description — Organize visits to clients following the request of the Supervisor — Call customers and take appointments for collection — Attempt to collect payments — Ensure all clients information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses — Update list of collection on a regular basis and keep Supervisor updated at all times — Maintain accurate records about the clients payment status — Maintain outstanding files current — Compile data and perform routine clerical tasks, using knowledge of collection procedures; Maintain related files — Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters. — Perform effectively any other duties as assigned; assume new duties as the need arises
Qualifications •Minimum technical degree in business or related fields •Ability to read and interpret financial documents such as statement of accounts •Customer service oriented and patience to deal with difficult customers•Possess an analytical background and excellent math skills •Resourceful and controlled assertive behavior. •Organizational skills required and time management •Must have an acceptable level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. •Verbal and communication skills; Able to express ideas clearly, concisely, and convincingly in both written and oral communications•Competency in the use of variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheet software (MSWord, Excel). •Strong work ethics and accountable .Energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
