Description —Support day-to-day deployment of lean manufacturing/six sigma and performance improvement activities at site. —Deliver according to lean manufacturing implementation approach / road map —Support continuous capability development of self and others, developed by lean manufacturing/six sigma Core team. —Actively role modeling lean manufacturing/six sigma skills and behaviors. —Track progress of the team deployment road-map. —Support/ensure consistency of progress and deployment. —Coach Site team leaders and operators to develop and sustain continuous improvement mindsets and behaviors. —Provide expert advice on lean manufacturing/six sigma basics to the Site based on a in depth understanding of GPS. —Lead lean manufacturing/six sigma activities beyond the capability of the Site Teams
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of Engineering, Pharmacy. •Minimum 2 Years of experience at multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG organization and up to 5 years experience. •Good knowledge of lean sigma tools, techniques and a passion of their application to improve the business. •Very good command of English language. •Very good computer skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Acquiring green belt certificate is an asset •Good Facilitation and Leadership skills •Good Analytical and Problem solving skills Preferred qualifications: - Engineers - Pharmaceutical companies background
