Description Daily follow up on Warehouse. —Ensure that immediate and correct stacking of all incoming product. —Ensure that all warehouse part transactions are being completed systematically as well as physically. —To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management. —Operate a computer to process reports and forms, and maintain inventory of warehouse materials as required. —Receive, store, pick-up and distribute supplies, materials and equipment. —Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. —They are responsible for supervising and assisting in the daily warehouse operations which include the loading and unloading of containers —Responsible for Inventory Control and Storage through cycle counts and physical audits. —Provide support for the Shipping and Receiving shipments. Responsibilities will include: —Maintain records, inventory and prepare reports. —Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others —Create a professional and efficient image of the company by ensuring that the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times.
Qualifications Strong organizational, task prioritizing, and time management skills. •1-3 years working experience in related supervisory function (preferably in warehouse operations). •Be a dynamic, action oriented leader and team member that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions. •Ability to properly assign tasks to co-workers and motivate them. •Ability to handle operational issues in a proper manner. •Ability to communicate effectively with people. •Warehouse organization, layout and capacity management. Participate in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment as well as any point-of-use inventory storage areas. •Oversee warehouse security through review of physical security measures and continuous monitoring, and recommends modification to the program as required. •Provide reports to Logistics Manager requested. •Computer skills essential (Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge).
