Description Develop and follow-up on the implementation of marketing plans and strategies for products. Develop sales projections to ensure proper planning to meet the anticipated needs of the market place and achievement of profit plans. Establish budgets and monitor marketing expenditures and the ROI of different programs. Supervise and approve advertising and promotional programs for the existing and new products. Monitor and follow execution of launching new products/ line extensions to achieve early market penetration and maximum levels of sales. Approve appropriate allocation of sales efforts for the different products and develop a detailed plan of action for each sales cycle. Supervise all marketing activities and programs done by the product managers. Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key personnel, opinion leaders and medical officials for the benefits of the companys goals achievement. Effective performance management of Marketing team by regularly reviewing performance plans. Propose new products to be registered by the company. Develop successful launching plans for the companys new products. Oversee marketing programs in the various markets outside of Egypt where company is selling. Make a significant difference to companys sales performance through creative and revolutionary ideas.
Qualifications Medical or Pharmaceutical Background. • Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical experience. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in similar role. • Gulf experience a plus • Fluency in English and computer skills. • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic • Effective team building skills • High leadership capabilities. • Organizational Awareness • Results oriented • Strategic thinking and high analytical skills
