Description Identify the different target markets and design the specific packages; Attract new and old clients and persuade them to come back; Organizing client-companies events; Reorganize the activity of the agency and offer solutions for improving: development of new projects and promoting them; Development of special programs Identify customer needs and provide solutions to match them; Maximize rooms, groups, conference and events revenues through pro-active selling and conversion of customer inquiries into confirmed sales; Organize different kind of events and manage the meet of clients during their event; Manage customer satisfaction post event and resolve any outstanding issues to future sales leads; Elaborate and negotiate corporate and event contracts and offers; Maintain the relationship with the clients; Ensure accuracy of all bookings and contracts and clear billing details received; Other duties as assigned.
