Description 1. Develop, implement and supervise plans and strategies, including budgets for plant and upgrade the facilities in line with the companys strategic objective. 2. Ensure alignment of all division efforts towards a mutual benefit of achieving the company production goals including, quality operations, engineering and environmental health and safety. 3. Maintain positive external relationships with key opinion leaders and MOH officials in the Pharmaceutical Industry for the benefits of the companys goals and objectives. Positively influence the decision makers and ensure participation of any legislative issues affecting the Manufacturing plant in Egypt. 4.Meet the timely introduction of new products and current products, ensure availability of required materials, production facilities, knowledge and skills 5. Ensure implementation of company procedures, policies, in compliance with GMP. 6. Recommend and update necessary changes that will serve to maintain and upgrade product quality in coordination with QA and QC. 7. Ensure deployment of resources to achieve efficient results with the most effective cost control when needed. 8. Participate in the preparation of plant budget and forecast.
Qualifications Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Minimum of 20 years of pharmaceutical experience and 5 years as Plant Mgr. Excellent pharmaceutical business background. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, manufacturing, forecasting and change management. Leadership and problem solving skills. Ability to motivate teams and detail-oriented.
