Description — Plan, supervise & control all activities of the Quality System. — Enhance Quality Assurance & control system. — Control quality procedures & Instructions issuing and update. — Active participation with all sectors to ensure TQM system is in use and effective. — Internal quality audit (planning - leading audit teams - follow up). — Tracking the Non - Conformity reports. — Follow up the execution of preventive & corrective actions. — Perform my duty to the manager as per TQM system. — Ensure successful external Audit. — Responsible to revise the Monetary side (financial one). — Revise contracts according to the company internal Audit point of view. — Archiving contracts on the computer & classify them according to departments, suppliers or customers. Moreover, it is essential to notify or alert before the end of the contract. — Continuously provide management with timely feedback and reports that includes but not limited to analysis of work progress in addition to suggestions for improvement and further development. — Maintain and apply all work related procedures and documentation.
Qualifications • B.sc / License degree from a reputable university/ Institute or equivalent. • Very good English & computer skills. • Minimum 6-8 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field (Quality experience in IT Business is preferable). • High awareness of Quality system Principles - Internet Audit- Statistics Technique - QMS Leader Auditor. • Very good writing & reporting skills. •Quality Assurance experience in IT Business is preferable. •High level of communication skills with different levels of stakeholders. •Good time & stress management skills with high ability to handle multi tasks efficiently in a timely manner.
