Description Will be responsible for selling across selling properties to investors. — Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship. — Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services. — Attend to inquiries from any walk in clients. — Build awareness and knowledge of the property market. —Making telephone and personal sales calls and follow up promptly with the potential clients —Negotiating with clients and achieving maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying the client needs. —The ability to sell all project services. —Maintaining an effective plan of correspondence —Reporting on a monthly basis against plan/goal. —Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior in a mature professional business manner when representing the company —
Qualifications Preferred bachelors degree is Accounting/Finance or Business, Real Estate field experience is a must from 2 to 5 years relevant work experience
