Description —Responsible for effective and fast Recruitment processes to fill the current vacancies —Implements Recruitment & Selection Procedures by, screening applicant, testing, interviewing scheduling and administering tests and evaluating applicants qualifications. —Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right candidates caliber. —Develop and implement recruitment and selection tools & Recruitment Channels. —Follow up with accepted Candidates till the hiring date and coordinate the hiring Procedures. —Provide the right feedback to the candidates whether positive or negative. —Update the Recruitment Database with all the interviews & Candidates Records. —Orientation for new employee & Follow up within the 3 months probation period. —Prepare for and attend all the employment fairs when required. —Perform other HR duties if required.
Qualifications •University Graduate •2-5 years of experience in HR/Recruitment & Preferably that you have worked inside IT Organization. •Excellent Command of English •Very good Computer Skills •HR Certificate is an Asset •Time Management and planning skills •Positive attitude & Friendly oriented manner
