Description Job Description: — Welcome and greet all the customers entering the showroom and keep them accompanied. — Listen to the customer requirements carefully and direct them to the respective display areas — Present multiple options to the products as per their requirement and negotiate on prices wherever necessary. — Increase the volume of sales of all available products displayed. — Ensure neat packaging of the products after making the sales and invoicing; packaging must be suitable and comfortable for the customer to carry. — Ensure minimum damage to the displayed items — Report any theft, damage or missing displayed items to the management. — Maintenance of the showroom and ensure that it is clean, ventilated and items are neatly displayed — Responding to all email and phone inquiries — Liaising with the Stores Department for arranging, replacement and display of the products. — maintain all paper works, records and invoices properly in a systematic manner. — Keep track of customer demands and preferences and report to the management. — Handle customer grievances, complaints and report to the management for action.
Qualifications -Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in similar post. -Good communication skills - Fluent in Arabic and English -Pleasant personality
