Description Leading, managing and motivating a sales team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed targets. Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity. Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing clients Compiling sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of year and proactively addressing shortfall on targets due to be achieved Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal Provide any training that team members need. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity (KPIs).
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in any related discipline Min of 3 years’ experience: Training Background, or high end service Interpersonal Skills: Strong Leadership – Strong Presentation Skills – Time Management preferable is Training Field (Is A Must) Good personal presentation Excellent communication skills. Knowledge in public relations. Must have knowledge in business. Knowledge in dealing and communicating with different people. Must have excellent command in English usage, both oral and written. Leadership. Problem solving Time Management Good listener Computer skills Ability to meet deadlines Flexibility Project Management
