Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by the executive. 6. Receive visitors to the office. 7. Open and distribute post. 8. Maintain the office filing system and all personnel records. 9. Make all travel arrangements for the executive. 10. Make arrangements for any meetings required by the executive.
Qualifications *Bachelor Degree *a full range of secretarial skills; *excellent interpersonal skills; good organizing skills;
