Description Provides management with information about current status of the company & future reviews, which helps in results evaluation and decision making through financial analysis. Assist in development of annual Budget, monthly Rolling forecast and 3 year Strategy Plan in coordination with Marketing, Strategic Planning Head,Commercial Director and CFO , And report the financial statements monthly, quarterly and at the end of the year. Provide accurate forecast and performance analysis on monthly basis Proactively highlight performance issues or over/under spending and coordinate with respective product manager or department for corrective actions and ensure proper implementation Improve forecast accuracy in coordination with respective departments Support maintenance of financial planning and reporting system in line with the requirements of management Prepare required reports / analysis as required by management for performance monitoring and to identify corrective actions where necessary Provide necessary support to marketing, sales and other departments in planning, forecasting and performance management including monthly accruals Undertake non-sourcing productivity initiatives and ensure reporting or productivity savings in line with Global requirements. Provides proper feasibility studies for new projects. Compare actual results with forecasted results and explain the deviation. Determine monthly and yearly foreign currency needs. Knowledgeable of the general accounting principles, the International Accounting Standards (IAS), balance sheet and income statement fundamentals lead the Financial Analysis of new initiatives / business opportunities (starting from feasibility study, sensitive analysis, setting up forecast Profit & Loss, Cash flow, balance sheet and financial ratios) till execution in coordination with a team.
Qualifications A Bachelors Degree in Economics, or Finance •A total of 5+ years experience in finance •A minimum of 2 years industry experience in any one or more industries related to Manufacturing, Construction, and/or Consulting •Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, written/oral communication, follow-through and research skills •Highly quantitative skills, particularly financial analysis and business case development
