Description 1-Set security and privilege levels. 2- Microsoft Exchange Server (2007, 2010) administration and monitoring. 3- Help desk for Windows XP PRO, Windows 7, and office 2007. 4-Troubleshooting hardware and software (PCs and Servers) problems. 5- Administration of network printers, scanners and Faxes. 6- Troubleshooting Windows Server 2003, 2008. 7- Backup policy using windows tool. 8- Install and deploy antivirus and antispam 9- Contact suppliers to get offers of software and hardware and discuss with the Procurement Director 10-Responsible for all office equipment maintenance agreements and follow up.
Qualifications Computer Science Bachelor degree or any other equivalent degree
