Description Coordinate with the customs clearance & local purchasing supervisor all needed work to ensure smooth work operations regarding shipments timing and the date of its arrival. Supervise and monitor shipment delivery to the warehouse and ensure its effective storage. Supervise and monitor goods preparations to be sent to different branches. Supervise and monitor Mobinil orders including the pay and delivery process Ensure all needed reports are sent on time to Mobinil. Ensure Mobinil warehouse personnel entered the Mobinil lines serials on the agreed software. Supervise and monitor consistent and smooth corporate orders to different customers. Ensure that the corporate store keeper follows the legal and agreed rules to maintain companys rights. Coordinate with the branch Franchise manager to conduct Mobinil order and follow up it. Coordinate with the finance to issue the needed check for the Franchise branch order. Prepare the P.Os for the Franchise order to be sent to the branch. Resolve any problem facing the related work to ensure effective and smooth work operations. Confer with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities. Submit weekly/ monthly/quarterly related to efficiency, productivity and utilization reports to direct management. Perform any other assigned tasks with the same level of authority. Performs other duties related to business management whenever required.
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. Solid experience in warehousing 5+ years Client focused and results oriented, with strong structured problem solving skills/method Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, and socio-economic levels. Excellent leadership skills Very good English & Excellent Computer skills
