Description -Responsible for managing the spare parts warehouse in terms of (inventory, paperwork, tidiness, arrangement, etc‡.) 1-Will supervise local purchasing from the plant as soon as a young engineer will be hired on site for purchasing. 2-Perform spare parts inventory checks with Finance department. 3-Update the spare parts stock and send it on a regular basis. 4-Responsible for the production planning function pertaining to coordination between sales/customer service and production to ensure the optimum use of our production lines and productivity. 5-Responsible for making and adjusting the daily and monthly production plan in accordance with company target. 6-Coordinates with the purchasing department to make sure that we always have the right amount of inventory (aligned with cash flow of the company and production needs) of production needs (pallets, bags, staeric acid, grinding aid etc‡). 7-Makes all the necessary PRs for the production needs. 8-Follow up and coordinate with dispatch/customer service/logistics and production to adjust the production plan according to any changes whether they are customer cancellations, production issues, logistical issues etc‡
Qualifications Time management. Decision-making skill. Proficiency in the use of computer applications. English language proficiency.
