Description 1.Assisting in getting the best sources (price, quality and delivery time) from the suppliers all over the world. 2.Following up with banks concerning LCs & LGs. 3.Handling all Purchase Orders. 4.Making the necessary communications with customers and supplier to start executing the order and to insure that the items are available with the proper delivery time to fulfill the customer order. 5.Following up with the supplier for the shipping details and the timings of the shipment related to the customer order and make sure that the necessary documents are available to insure getting the order items in time and no problems during the shipping or custom clearance. 6.Making the necessary communications with the clearance agents to get the shipment to get the shipment out from the customs in a proper time and to send a requisition for the accounting department before the shipment arrives (with a proper time) about the approximate fund needed for the clearance in order to have it ready when the shipment arrives inland. 7.Making the necessary arrangements with the inland shipping agencies to set the delivery way and time to the customer premises whenever required. 8.Making sure that the customer received his order in full without any problems and the payment is under process to cut down the time for releasing the payment. 9.Any additional tasks related to the job which may be required. 
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, commerce) •Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (steel procurement preferred). •Excellent English Language skills. •Excellent computer skills (outlook, word, excel, …..) •Highly developed negotiation skills •Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written). •Full working knowledge of L/C and banking procedures •Self motivated •Ability to work under full pressure •Ability to work alone and as part of a team. •Ambitious and results oriented. •Presentable.
