Description Purpose of the job: this job holder is responsible for all decisions pertaining to financial, administrative and investment activities within the group of companies. He prepares the annual budgets and plans for all BUs and makes sure there is enough cash flow to manage operations and studies projects that will positively impact to company profitability and establishes internal controls to protect company assets and belongings. Productivity: —Establishes financial and other goals and targets for company with BOD. —Aggregate planning of all divisional and BU plans annually. —Plans projection of cash flow to the company per year per BU and updates the cash flow report. —Ensures availability of cash for projects and ensures credit facilities from banks to balance between incoming and out-flowing cash. —Monitors adherence to budgets and other plans and measures and justifies deviation to management in order to prevent recurrence —Supervising the monthly financial reports of all divisions and BUs and makes recommendations to business results and discusses results with relevant parties —Establishes systems for internal control, polices and guidelines and documents that are in line with company policy —Takes part in planning for company needs in lieu of the overall strategic plan (vague sentence) —Planning for financial reporting and making sure the financial department has the capacity to produce consistent and instantaneous financial statements —Prepare the Balance Sheet at years end and produces necessary additional reports and discusses with BOD —Provides BOD with necessary recommendations and instructing them in case of potential risks or threat to company assets or equity, to take necessary precautions and/or remdial actions
Qualifications Faculty of Commerce 3-5 in the same position is must industrial background
