Description -Providing the overall leadership, vision and direction for enterprise risk management. -Establishing an integrated risk management framework for all aspects of risks across the organization. -Implementing a set of risk metrics and Key-Risk-Indicators (KRIs) reports for risk assessment including losses and incidents, key risk exposures and early warning indicators. -Allocating economic capital to business activity based on risk, and optimizing the companys risk portfolio through business activities and risk transfer strategies. -Improving the companys risk management readiness through communication and training programs, risk-based performance measurement and incentives and other change management programs. -Developing the analytical, systems and data management capabilities to support the risk management program. Evaluate and follow up the Risk Management Policy: oFunding, Credit and Collecting Risk oOperational Risk Interest rate fluctuation risk oLiquidity Risk oBusiness Continuity Risk -Ensures that appropriate policies, procedures, systems and controls are in place to mitigate unwanted risk and to enable the measurement and quantification of risks across the Company. -Oversees monthly reporting to the committee regarding the status of plans, risk assessments and regulatory exams; and keeps the committee informed of any issues, emerging trends and best practices. -Manages the process for timely escalation of key risk issues and exceptions to risk policies. Works directly and cooperatively with Internal Audit to ensure that the scope and frequency of risk assurance reviews are appropriate to the companys risk profile. -Develops and maintains efficient and productive working relationships with internal departments including operations, legal, finance, and government relations.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. •5-8 years’ experience previous related work experience in banking, consumer finance. •3-5 management experience is required. •Certified Banking Credit & Risk Management Specialist or PMI-RMP is preferred.
