Description M-02 Commercial Director Sales Department: 1. Develop plans and sales strategies that are consistent with the companys directions, vision, and long-term goals. 2. Preparation of annual sales forecasts; put sales related to product mix and sales volume and market share, or business development objectives. 3. Monitor sales performance and progress in achieving the goals, adjust the sales strategies and plans to meet the changing needs of the market and competitive conditions. 4. Supervision of the total sales in the budget, cost control and effectiveness of sales activities to maximize resources and prioritize spending. 5. Develop and discount pricing strategies to maximize sales revenue. 6. Negotiate the terms of the sale with key customers that will maximize the commercial interests. 7. Create and maintain positive relationships with foreign companies that distribute, or marketing of the companys products. 8. Work and submit required reports on time Marketing Department: 1. supervise and manage the companys participation in trade fairs and forums marketing 2. Supervision necessary to hire equipment and services that are used in exhibitions arrangements 3. Oversee the planning of promotional campaigns and advertising related to all products factory 4. Promotional strategy related to the final consumer and user pricing mode 5. Overseeing the development and implementation of the best media strategy for the delivery of the companys messages to customers 6. Adoption of marketing plans and budgets Export Department: 1. Put the general strategy for export through which countries can export it and have a suitable product 2. Supervise the smooth shipment export products to foreign countries 3. The duties and responsibilities of the management of sales to foreign markets Supervisory tasks: 1. leadership, and direct, and motivate and develop the companys sales team (field strength, and sales at home and abroad) to achieve sales and profit targets for the company
