Description 1.Responsible on all documentation & filling for Company Manager 2.Follow up the submission of the periodic reports from all depts. on due dates and consolidating them to Company Manager. 3.Follow up the execution of Company Manager Decisions and company KPIs and report any deviations. 4.Communication with suppliers & customers. 5.Perform all logistics for the organization of company events as seminars, exhibitions & training. 6.Perform all logistics for local & abroad travels including visa issuance, air ticket, hotel, transportation,‡ 7.Perform all logistics for accommodation & organizing outgoings for company foreign guests. 8.Responsible on the company meeting rooms, i.e. schedules, supplies, 9.Welcome Company Manager guests and schedules their meetings with him. 10.Responsible on KPI & Announcement Boards.
Qualifications 1. Excellent English / Email etiquette / Word & Excel / communication skills / social intelligence. 2.Preferred language schools & universities. 3.Previous experience & business studies.
