Description —Manage, direct, and coordinate activities of the HR Department —Develop and implement the departments strategy and design initiative plans; Prepare department budget and monitor expenditures— Administer personnel data ensuring that all relevant information is captured on the relevant HR and payroll system and that information is accurate and continuously available —Supervise the preparation of monthly payroll of employees and related benefits —Design & develop HR Policies & Procedures and ensure regular update and improvements to enhance their effectiveness to meet the business and cultural needs of the Company and enable good employee relations, employee communication, and equality of opportunity, participation and teamwork; Guide employees in their interpretation and understanding; Ensure HR policies are fairly and consistently applied—Supervise review and assess salaries; Conduct Job Evaluation and assign grades to positions—Oversee and ensure that companys organization structure, Job Grading structure and Job Descriptions are regularly updated —Assist Managers in the resourcing of the organizational structure and assist in defining the roles and functions to enable the company to have capable people in the right place at the right time to achieve the business plan intent. —Manage Performance Management program of the company
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Business Management, HR, and related fields; a masters degree and/or a professional certificate/license is a preferred•Minimum of sixteen years of experience in HR practices and procedures• Possess a strong analytical background and excellent math skills; Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking • Proven senior and general management experience with proven track record of achievement in fast moving, results-driven environment.
