Description Managing the Logistics department & handling the Import & Export activities, international shipping & transportation, and related domestic transportation, customs clearance & regulations, storage & warehousing, and all necessary documentation these activities. — Efficiently evaluate all costs involved in the above mentioned operations and follow-up the inventories within the Group Supply Chain Business Plan & strategy. — Maintain the Plan for materials flow management systems to meet production requirements — Build strong relationships with Logistics mediators/suppliers, and work closely with Shipping, Transportation & Clearance companies, and with packaging providers to ensure the protection of freight in transportation. — Resolve problems, and communicate effectively with all partners within the Group, and responding to their requirements in order to ensure smooth operations & provision of information — Monitoring costs, and negotiating/bargaining all prices — Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation — Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes — Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, service/shipments logs and records — Developing and Building Teams: encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members — Train the department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding logistics activities and strategies
Qualifications 3) Skills & Qualifications: • College Degree (min. Bachelor degree required), preferable in Logistics and Supply Chain • Languages: Arabic & English are needed (Very good commend in both languages) • Strong leadership and motivational ability • Strong negotiations skills • Planning & Forecasting skills • Strong communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Good ability to use computers, excel spreadsheets, databases, MPP Presentations, and others • Writing & reporting skills • Problem solver, and ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly • Multi-tasking ability • Strong time management & organizational skills • Extremely detailed and accurate • Coaching and training skills

Other Skills 12+ years of experience required (with at least 6 years of managerial experience) on the following activities: • Logistics, Import & Export, and Supply Chain management • Clearance, Transportation, and Warehousing operations • Banks documentation & Insurance • Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control, inventory/planning systems, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures & government regulations and rule
