Description 1. Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing strategy, based on the knowledge of and its outlets as well as cost and mark up factors. 2. Formulates, directs and coordinates marketing activities to promote the company and Outlets. 3. Responsible for monitoring the Marketing budget and delivery of marketing activities according to the agreed upon budget. 4. Achieves frequent timely and positive media coverage for events taking place in the company 5. Manages all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution 6. Manages and analyzes the productivity of marketing plans and campaigns. 7. Establishes yearly sponsorship budget as well as addressing potential sponsors for the company 8. Prepares a yearly sponsors budget for any kind of sponsorship exposed in the company trough the year. 9. Enhances sales for all outlets within the complex.
Qualifications 1. University graduate with a bachelor’s degree preferably in mass communication 2. Minimum 7 to above years of experience in marketing field. 3. Ability to work under pressure. 4. Strong organizational skills in the field of event management 5. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.

Other Skills The role of the Marketing & Communication Manager is to promote the company in Egypt through press coverage as well as media coverage. This includes increasing awareness and image of the Complex and effectively communicating the positioning of the outlets within the local Market primary family gathering spots as Number one Spot. He/she is also responsible for the design, implementation and facilitation of annual business Public Relations plan for the Company. With respect to Marketing he/ she is expected to work on developing and maintaining marketing strategies that meets organizational objectives as well as evaluating marketing conditions, competitors and implementing marketing plan changes as needed.
Compensations One year employment contract entitled to social security insurance & private health care
