Description -Recruitment and Placement: -Conducting initial HR interviews; administers employment selection tests, score & interpret the examination results; and conducts reference checks of potential employees & submits information for background investigations. -Responsible for the outsourcing service for the firms clients. -Determining our clients needs and conducting an integral selection process starting by examining and interviewing filtered calibers to test the candidates soft and managerial skills. -Coordinating with the managers the technical interviews to ensure that they meet the recruitment criteria set by the client. -Training and Development: -Design and Conduct new employee orientation programs. -Responsible for scheduling & arranging all necessary materials and/or equipment for the training/orientation and ensuring that the companys staff development tools are in place. -Design and facilitate Training Needs Assessment (TNAs) with the line managers and coordinates with them their training plan and coordinate the delivery of approved training. -Manage counseling, mentoring & following up on the performance appraisal process for all employees. -Organizational Development: -Playing an integral role in the development of the organization and its restructuring; supporting the human resource function in ad-hoc human resources processes and projects such as: job description preparation, preparation of HR policies and procedures and developing the firms Employee Handbook. -Providing recommendations to the HR director as well as the firms partners on recruitment techniques, trouble areas, training programs and many other opportunities. Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences. -Manage and deliver harmonized internal communication and supervise various communication projects (events, meetings, brochures, emailing).
Qualifications -minimum 1 year experience in HR -Highly Fluent in English and Arabic
