Description —Providing Cost Management Services Providing commercial advice to the Team in relation to budgets, costs and change management processes and evaluation. —Managing the production of Project / portfolio and programme Cash Flow Forecasts in accordance with Company Requirements. —Managing Budget and Contract Approval Processes with substantive input from the Portfolio Commercial Teams and maintaining records of such approvals / tracking such approvals
Qualifications An intelligent person with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to quickly master the full scope of this complex role through the necessary knowledge of setting up a cost budget function and showing evidences of good financial and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Cost / Budgeting packages and excellent command of spoken and written English language. •Customer and client management •Analytical skills •Microsoft Office Suite proficiency •Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically •Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines •Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
