Description Work closely with senior leaders, human resources, marketing, and other departments to create, develop and execute effective communications and PR strategies that articulate our corporate story and company services and products core benefits properly and develop ongoing education content and stories for our company to maintain a professional, consistent corporate presence to external audiences. 1. Build our editorial calendar and written guidelines and determine sources for content creation, both internally and externally. Craft, write, and edit and manage an array of critical projects, including the bi-annual Raya business magazine Connect, and the Annual Report adhering to a defined timeline and deadlines. 2. Develop, monitor, supervise and revisit communication material ranging from messaging guidelines to press releases to story pitches to presentations by our executives. Propose and execute new ways of creating and distributing content that expands our companys reach and cause. 3. Plan and develop Raya groups media content and drive media coverage utilizing our outsourced media channels placement and publishing arm, ensuring that prospects and customers understand our mission and our story and are engaged following our news and updates. 4. Grow Raya top management presence and public relations in liaison with industry and business associations and governmental entities. 5. Manage and evolve Raya Holding online presence, mailshots and e-newsletters and drive Raya Holdings social media presence through our outsourced social media services arm. 6. Participate In setting the communication agenda and developing the content of our internal communication channels, including events, e-mail communication, corporate intranet and internal messaging development in coordination with Raya Holding HR function
Qualifications • Bachelor of Arts degree preferably in mass communication, marketing or equivalent • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for graphic design • Adept at juggling many projects at once, working cross-functionally, while never losing site of the core message and goal behind your work. • Proficient in content development and optimization across multiple channels. • A deep understanding of proper messaging and PR best practices, along with a creative spark to develop innovative content that stands out among the noise.
