Description Prepares for customer inquiries by studying all housing units in the project, services, and customer service processes. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customers understanding of information and answer. Check customer financial statement position (installments, deliver payment, services fees) Visiting housing units that ready for delivery to make sure no issues before deliver to customers Responsible for deliver units to the customers and make sure that no issues in the unit Taking notes from the customers about their units and deliver it to technical Department Explain carefully to the customer all conditions and rules made by technical department for finishing. Follow with technical department about customers notes and the time to deliver Improves quality service by recording all customers recommendations. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Remind customers about their installments dates and amount. Collect the installments from customers make receipts and deliver their bank cheques. Deliver all collected cash to the financial department in head office. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints Record details of actions taken. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports. Maintain customer databases.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree/ preferably accounting or business administration. •From 1-3 years in the same position
