Description 1.Receiving the recruitment documents for new entrants from the HR 2.Capturing fingerprints for new entrants in the attendance machine and open attendance cards for them 3.Open specific archive for each new entrant 4.Responsible for social & medical insurance 5.Prepare the attendance monthly report for each employee & deliver it to HR. 6.Manage, calculate & update the vacations credit for each employee. 7.Prepare reports for insurance required fund. 8.Deliver check for insurance agencies. 9.Follow up vacations, absenteeism and assignment orders. 10.Reply to all employee inquiries about attendance, vacations,etc, 11.Conduct medical check for employees who have no medical insurance. 12.Conduct regular medical check for all employees according to the stated OSHA policy. 13.Manage punishments put on employees.
Qualifications 1-Adequate high education certificate (Bsc. of commerce, license of arts or law) 2-Trained on Egyptian labor law. 3-Trained on social insurance law. 4-Experience not less than one year as employee affairs.
