Description — Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the office. — Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations. — Review and summarize HR & Admin, Sales reports and documents; prepare background documents, agreement, proposal & credit application of new corporate prospects as necessary. — Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications and prepare first draft reports on routine administrative matters. — Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the General Manager. — Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently — Process purchase order for logistics and other office supplies. — Provide follow up to assignments given to management staff by the Managers; provide status reports to the General Manager as requested. — Receive and screen communications to the General Manager and Line Managers including telephone calls and e-mail messages, and provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention; prioritize, channel, and facilitate communication from department heads, down to their respective staff. — Prepare general correspondence of a routine nature upon the request of the General Manager; — Make meeting arrangements for the General Manager; maintain appointment schedules and calendars for the General Manager; — Attend Management or other meetings and take minutes, as directed by the General Manager. Assist Line Managers and Work closely. — Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;
Qualifications Accounting Bachelor degree. Experience in administration and able to draft letters. Accurate typing in both Arabic and English. Excellent computer skills. Professional translation in both Arabic and English.
