Description Work closely with planning department to help achieving the pre-set production plan. Searching for approved international suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the suppliers reputation and history. Prepare price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed upon contract price. Analyse price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. Prepare foreign purchase orders and review requisitions for materials or merchandise. Review and follow up on all foreign purchase orders suppliers to deliver goods in time. Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in case of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods. Coordinate with logistic team to ensure proper shipment delivery. Perform and analysis Monthly forecasting report to ensure and maintain acceptable inventory level. Support the company through activities focused on sourcing and cost reduction. Develop supplier alliances and implementing process improvements. Understand and apply procure to pay processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards. Handle most non-routine issues; escalate issues that cannot be resolved to management. Send commercial invoices to financial management to determine which bank will be used for each shipment. Communicate with suppliers to get required documents for clearance and shipping conditions. Prepare LC application with terms and send it to the bank.
