Description —Ensure complying with the labor law and social insurance regulations and procedures—Checking Starters documents and sending them to the social insurance office—Ensure the completion of Social Insurance Form 2—Issuing cheques for Social insurance and labor office—Following and maintaining contract renewal procedure—Keeping employees files always updated and well maintained—Handle End of Probation and Contracts Renewal. —Handle personnel, social and medical issues—Responsible for Starters, Leavers, Transfers, promotion and termination issues.—Assisting in setting a training plan and budget based on the TNA—Implementation of the training plan—Considering training providers wither through the IMC or others—Analyse the training evaluation feedback forms, and provide analytical report to the HR Director two days after the end of the course.  
Qualifications University Degree • Very good experience social insurance activities• Excellent computer skills; word and excel. •Knows how to deal with labor office and governmental authorities•Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic • Quiet and calm personality • Can work under pressure and can do several tasks at the same time
