Description Act as 1st line support for all IT problems that may occur at the site. Aware by windows servers features. Aware by all features and versions of Microsoft windows and Microsoft office. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses. The ability to handle all employees and working under pressure, with a customer service oriented culture. Perform timely work station hardware and software upgrades as required. Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction. Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Resolve technical problems with local area networks (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and other systems. Work may require sometimes traveling to different locations and accomplishing certain tasks. MCSE or MCSA certified is preferred.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, communications or related field. 1-2 years of relevant technical experience. Very good analytical logical and problem solving skills abilities, able to work under pressure. Should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people.
