Description 1) Finance Activates 1. Keep a track on office expenses and update records. 2. Assist Financial Controller in day to day activities 3. Collects Post Dated Checks from Area Finance Manager sent by Clients , deposits checks in bank . 6. Receive Vodafone bills, record individual amounts to be deducted from employee salary deposits. 7. Holds financial status & documentation of local and foreign purchasing and cost of stock 8. Review all branch accounting balance sheet 9. Responsible for financial correspondences with suppliers and employees 10. minimize problems before presenting them to Financial Controller 1st accountant additional Activates: 1. Ensure car Insurance are issued and renewed yearly. 2. Delivers Vodafone branch bills to Area Finance Manager 2nd accountant additional Activates 1. Holds account receivable
Qualifications 2) Operational & Technical Skills 1. Knowledge of Accounts 2. Knowledge of accounting systems : Axiom and MS. Office 3. Time management: Priority Setting, scheduling, finishing time 4. Full command in preparing reports 5. Excellent English Language 6. Needed experience from 1-2 years
